By accessing or using The Copy Method (TCM) website, Telegram community, or automated trading services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

♣ Our Services

TCM provides the following services:

Trading signals for Gold (XAUUSD), Oil (USOIL), and Bitcoin (BTCUSD)
Automated trade copying via the TCM Engine bot
Access to a private Telegram trading community
Educational trading content and market analysis

All services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

♠ Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid MetaTrader 5 account with a licensed broker
Understand the risks associated with trading financial markets
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

♦ User Conduct

Members of the TCM community agree to:

Treat all community members with respect
Not redistribute or resell TCM signals or content
Not attempt to reverse engineer the TCM Engine bot
Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not share account credentials or bot access with unauthorized users

♣ Intellectual Property

All content, including the TCM Engine software, website design, trading signals, educational materials, and brand assets, is the exclusive property of The Copy Method and is protected by intellectual property laws.

♠ Limitation of Liability

TCM and its operators shall not be held liable for:

Financial losses resulting from trading activities
Service interruptions or technical failures
Delays in signal delivery or trade execution
Losses arising from broker related issues
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

♦ Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

♣ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
